The conditions that apply when you use the Halcer website.

These Terms of Use apply when you visit halcer.com and related Halcer web pages (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1. Who we are

Halcer ("Halcer," "we," "us," or "our") is a staffing and workforce solutions company based in Indore, India. You can reach us at hello@halcer.com.

2. What this Site is for

The Site provides information about Halcer's services, insights, careers, and ways to contact us. Content on the Site is for general information. It is not legal, tax, or professional advice, and it does not create a client or employment relationship by itself.

Job postings, role descriptions, and service descriptions may change. Publishing information on the Site does not guarantee a placement, interview, or commercial engagement.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, related systems, or other users' data;
  • introduce malware, scrape the Site in a way that harms performance, or overload our infrastructure;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when contacting us about roles or services;

4. Candidate and client communications

If you email us or apply for roles through channels we provide, you confirm that the information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may need to verify identity, work authorisation, qualifications, or references before progressing an application or assignment.

Commercial services for employers are governed by separate written agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Halcer owns or licenses the text, branding, graphics, layout, and other materials on the Site. You may view and download pages for personal use or internal evaluation of our services. Any other use requires written consent from Halcer.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Visiting third-party sites is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim to keep information current, but we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Halcer disclaims liability for losses arising from reliance on Site content or temporary inability to access the Site.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halcer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory protections available to you under applicable law.
