Information from others

Where lawful and relevant, we may receive information from referees, professional networks, publicly available sources, background-check providers (where authorised), or client feedback related to an assignment.

4. Why we use personal information

  • to respond to enquiries and route messages to the right team;

5. Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on the context and applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies), we rely on consent, performance of a contract or steps prior to a contract, legitimate use for staffing and business operations, and compliance with law.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Client employers when you are put forward for, or placed in, a role — limited to what is needed for hiring and assignment management;
  • Service providers who support email, hosting, analytics, IT, or recruitment operations under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • Successors in the event of a business reorganisation, with safeguards where required.

8. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including recruitment cycles, client service history, legal retention requirements, and dispute resolution. Candidate profiles that are inactive for a prolonged period may be archived or deleted according to our internal schedules, unless law requires longer retention.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use care when sending sensitive details by email.

10. Your choices and rights
