You will

• Build rolling workforce models for surge, attrition, and skill-transition scenarios
• Translate delivery forecasts into requisition and bench recommendations
• Produce leadership-ready visuals that protect individual privacy
• Improve data quality of role families, locations, and employment types

You likely have

• 4+ years in workforce planning, people analytics, or FP&A for professional services
• Strong spreadsheet modelling plus working SQL for warehouse extracts
• Judgement about what must stay internal versus what can be published
• Clear narrative writing for non-analyst stakeholders
