The work

Help distribution networks and manufacturing leaders optimize workforce capacity, integrate modern warehouse management tools, and successfully navigate automation shifts without operational downtime.

You will

Evaluate warehouse flow, pick/pack automation lines, and exception handling routines
Develop workforce scheduling models for peak volume seasons
Lead frontline training initiatives for WMS adoption and digital tool fluency
Produce operational diagnostic reports and implementation roadmaps for clients

You likely have

6+ years in distribution operations, supply chain consulting, or 3PL management
Experience with tier-1 WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP)
Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
Strong problem-solving and operational leadership abilities
