Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Technology & AI)

The work

Partner with hiring managers on Gen AI and engineering roles. You will run structured screens that ask for production evidence (evals, incidents, cost) and keep candidate experience short.

You will

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software, cloud, and engineering roles
• Conduct structured technical and cultural assessments for candidate verification
• Advise corporate clients on compensation benchmarking and workforce capacity planning
• Deliver an outstanding, empathetic candidate experience at every touchpoint

You likely have

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in agency or high-growth tech environments
• Deep understanding of software development stacks, engineering roles, and market rates
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation capabilities
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and candidate sourcing
