Lead Generative AI & Agentic Systems Architect

The work

You will own production Gen AI architecture: retrieval that stays grounded, agents that call tools over MCP, and evaluations that catch regressions before users do. This is delivery work in live stacks — not a lab notebook and not a slide deck.

You will

• Architect production agentic workflows, multi-tool function calling, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines combining hybrid dense-sparse vector search and re-ranking
• Benchmark LLM performance, token economics, caching strategies, and safety guardrails
• Advise enterprise clients across banking, healthcare, and retail on Gen AI feasibility and production deployment

You likely have

• 7+ years in software engineering with 3+ years dedicated to production LLM and NLP architectures
• Deep hands-on experience building autonomous agents and tool-calling systems
• Proven expertise in vector indexing, embedding fine-tuning, and semantic caching
• Strong client communication and executive architecture presentation abilities
