Digital Delivery Lead (Agile Programmes & Release Reliability)

The work

Halcer is hiring a Digital Delivery Lead to keep multi-squad programmes honest on scope, quality, and cadence. You will run RAID, unblock delivery, and protect teams from thrash — without naming client organisations in public channels.

You will

• Facilitate sprint and programme cadences with outcome-based reporting rather than vanity metrics
• Coordinate QA, engineering, and product so release criteria are explicit before go-live
• Maintain RAID logs and escalate only with options, not surprises
• Coach squads on sustainable pace and clean handoffs between contract and permanent staff

You likely have

• 7+ years leading software delivery, including distributed or blended contract/permanent teams
• Comfortable with Jira (or equivalent) and evidence-based status reporting
• Experience partnering with QA automation and DevOps on release reliability
• Excellent facilitation with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders
